These terms govern your use of Petsuregroups.com Non-Destructive Testing services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
Petsuregroups provides non-destructive testing (NDT) services including phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT) and active thermography for the detection of internal microfissures and structural anomalies in critical pressure vessels. All inspections are performed in accordance with applicable industry standards such as ASME Section V and API 650. The specific scope, methods, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement.
You are responsible for providing safe access to the test area, ensuring that the equipment and personnel are not exposed to hazardous conditions beyond those disclosed in the service agreement. You must also supply any relevant prior inspection reports, drawings, or material specifications that may affect the inspection plan. Failure to provide accurate information may limit the effectiveness of the inspection and void any warranty on the results.
Our liability for any claim arising from the inspection services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. In no event shall Petsuregroups be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of production, downtime, or repair costs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
All inspection reports, data files, images, and analysis generated by Petsuregroups remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered reports for the inspected asset’s maintenance and regulatory compliance. You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense the raw data without our prior written consent.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to cure the breach within 14 days. Upon termination, you must pay for all services performed up to the termination date. Sections on limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the services and terminate any active agreements.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Each party bears its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
